Medco Technology and O’Shea & Associates are pleased to offer a variety of training solutions, each customizable to fit the individual needs of your organization.

Facility Wide:This option provides full implementation of the O’Shea NoLift System into the entire facility. This includes all specialty units and can include non-clinical areas such as laundry, food services and cleaning services.  O’Shea provides all training for unit champions and staff while supporting the implementation with real time hands-on assistance at the bedside. Upon completion of the training, follow-up support via phone and email, and site visits are provided for one year.

Select Department / Units:With this option, the system is implemented into two or more departments allowing for a staggered implementation plan, and allowing O’Shea to build the necessary framework and structure for the organization to continue growing the program at their own pace.  The selected departments should include high injury areas, specialty areas or areas with poor compliance.

NoLift Boot Camp:This intense four-day workshop provides the safe patient handling program coordinator with the skills and know-how to successfully implement and maintain a safe patient handling program within their facility.  It includes hazard identification, managing the risk, culture change and change management, and achieving compliance.
